Just three years since the completion of the first residences at‪#‎LimassolMarina‬, all 121 completed apartments have been sold. The 94 luxury homes at Nereids Residences, nine beautifully designed buildings just steps away from the Marina’s beach, were delivered to their owners in January 2013.

Surrounded by landscaped gardens with two communal swimming pools, this private retreat a stone’s throw away from the citycentre was soon followed by the release of 13 apartments and penthouses at Thetis Residences, adjacent to the spa and fitness club.

Sharing stunning views of the sea and the development’s unique villas, both complexes preceded the launch of 14 additional apartments at Dioni Residences situated above the exclusive shopping area, with their own swimming pool overlooking the main square. All 14 apartments at Dioni were sold out within weeks of their release.
